Planning to redesign your living room or bedroom?...this is the perfect kit for you. It contains a set of modulor furniture templates that can be arranged and rearranged into dozens of room layouts. So you get to make the perfect choice for your space before you start to build or furnish it. Check to see if your planned livingroom layout will stand the test of time by trying the L shaped sofa with an armchair and then see how a pair of 2 seater sofas will work instead. The sofa pieces can be made into 2 seater, 3 seater, 4 seater, 5 seater...L shaped or even U shaped sofas. So just by moving the magnetic templates you can be sure that you have a great room plan before it is too late.

The kit includes the following templates (among others):

Magnetic Base Board 10" x 8" (or 21 x 30 cm) to create your plan on. This represents 33' x 46' or 1500 square feet (10m x 14m or 140 metres square)

Magnetic walls, windows and door templates to draw the room plans up.

2 Scale rules (one to work in feet, one in metres...your choice)
