We want the process to be as simple as possible. While we would obviously be sad to lose your business and want to know how we failed you we also get that sometimes we all just change our minds.

There are no complicated forms (or indeed any forms at all). Just repack the kit and send it to us with a copy of the order number (or your name and address and we will find your order no).

That it - refund should be done within a couple of days of us receiving your kit and we will email you to confirm once we
