Shipping your Design Kit
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, the cost of shipping should be displayed. All products are shipped from Dublin, Ireland, via Courier, usually within 24 hours of placing your order.
Estimates of delivery times are as follows:
UK and Ireland: 2-5 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
Rest of world: 7-10 working days

If you require a kit urgently for a client meeting or a gift please let us know and we will do our best to push the order through asap (we may be able to get it out quicker than 24hrs depending on the time of day the order is placed). We can also provide a faster courier service for an additional fee, please email or call us to get prices as they vary greatly for different locations.
90 Day No Quibble Returns Policy
At Modelrooms we love to buy stuff online, so we also know that it can be a bit stressful at times trying to figure out exactly what the quality of the product is like. We are so sure that you will love your kit that we are happy to offer a 90 day, no quibble, full refund, on any item that has not been used. You will be able to open the box and look inside, you can even feel the quality of the template pieces before you decide to keep it and create a plan.
Be warned though no one who opens the box can resist using the kit, which is why we offer the 90 day refund…almost no one takes us up on it…honestly.
You may return any new, unopened Kit within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We offer a refund of the original shipping (shipping to you) as standard. You do need to pay the return shipping. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is because of an error on our part (wrong item sent or a defect in the product).
You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of our receipt of your package, though in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively simply drop us an email to: info@modelrooms.com We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Bespoke model orders are non refundable since they are made for you.

The quickest and easiest way is through our website www.modelrooms.com using our secure shopping cart. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order and use the fastest most reliable courier service available to get it to you asap.

If you would prefer to speak to someone first, by all means call us and we will try and answer your queries. We can process your order over the phone with a credit card and again we will ship your kit asap

If you would prefer not to use a credit card or PayPal we can accept cheque or Bank Draft by mail. Please note however that this is the slowest way to order your House Design Kit as we cannot ship it until the payment has been cleared. You should allow 3-5 days for payment to clear plus the postal time to send it to us before your kit will be shipped.
Forgot to put something in your basket?
If you forget to place something in your basket at the time of checkout and do not want to be charged extra for delivery – email us as soon as you can (ie before we have a chance to ship your order) and we can make arrangements to add it in at cost (ie without postage)
Returns - 90 Days to Return for Full Refund
We have a very friendly returns policy…you have 90 days to look at the kit, show your friends, and decide if you want to keep it. Any time within that 90 days you can pack up the kit (in its original condition), send it back and get your money back. Simple as that. The only thing we ask is that you don't use the kit. You can get a good look at the kit and feel the quality of the magnets without actually using it, but be warned it is very hard to resist the temptation to play with your kit and start planning your dream layout.
