Our bespoke Model Service is made just for you ... we take your plans and convert them to a model of the layout. Your client falls in love with your designs and more importantly, signs off on something they understand.
Sketch them on the back of an envelope or send finished architectural drawing ... either works for us.
Then we make a small scale replica of your kitchen plan.
We literally model your design with walls, windows and doors and of course we add the furniture.
Want to see how your kitchen island will look? Worried it might be too big?
No problem ... just tell us the size and shape and we will make it and add it to your scale kitchen.
All delivered complete and ready to go, so all you have to do is WOW your clients.

Our models are hand made by our experienced model making team. We take great pride in our work and will ensure every model that leaves us is a fabulous representation of your plans. We use a combination of 3D printing with hand crafted finishes, spray painted finish and hand crafted timber for the base. Every unique piece is checked and sent out packaged with 2 x figures to show your design at its absolute best.

How do I order a model of my interior?
Easy - Just place your order online
Once your model is ordered send us an email to info@modelrooms.com with a sketch or plan of your kitchen. That's it.
We will review and get back to you before we move into production.
Do you only do residential Models?
No, we can model any interior layout. Most of our clients want to see their house in model form but we can also do restaurant models, office interior layout models or any series of rooms that fit within the size ordered.
Looking at an open plan kitchen diner with living space and want to see how it connects to the hall? No problem, just choose the model closest to the square area you need and send us your plans / sketches.
I am an interior designer is this suitable for me?
Our models are specifically designed for Architects and Interior Designers. We aim to highlight the interior layout and showcase the furniture plan you have designed at its best.
You could spend hours doing 3D illustrations but if you have ever worked with physical models you know the power they have to clarify a space with even the most inexperienced client.
Of course you still need to bring the colour and material samples to really wow them with your ideas but now you have more time to spend on your designs and let us worry about presenting the plan layout for you.
What is the lead time for a Model & Do you do Rush Orders?
Our current lead time for production is 10 days + delivery time.
That being said we have been working in this deadline driven industry for a long time so we get that sometimes it needs to be delivered yesterday.
If you have a rush order please call or email us and let us know what you need. We will do everything we can to get your model to you in time for your presentation.
Do you offer refunds on Scale Models?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as all models are made to order specifically for you and your plans.
If you make changes to your layout after you order please let us know asap. If we have not yet started we should be able to update for you. Or if there are changes likely to come let us know to press pause on your order and we will wait for your final version.
If you are still working out the plans and not sure of your layout it might be best to order one of our Magnetic Home Design Kits first and use that to work out the plan before committing to a model of it.
